“My girlfriend and I just came back from Talalla Retreat and had a great time there. The hotel is lovely – simple yet chic and tasteful with lush tranquil grounds and a nice pool. Half the rooms are open to the elements on 3 sides although one can use shutters/blinds for more privacy. Even the lovely bathrooms are semi-open air…. “

“After spending two weeks travelling around the wonderful island of sri lanka we needed somewhere to rest and relax with great accomodation wonderful food and a great beach and talalla was perfect ! our hosts julia and steve made us feel so at home as soon as we arrived. the rest of the staff where fantastic as well.
